Open the PNG folder. It looks like a smudged code of some sort.

There's an old tale of Mary Stuart, the famous Mary Queen of Scots, had a cipher created before she was deposed, tried for treason, and executed by Queen Elizabeth I 1587. Granted, Mary was conspiring to assassinate Queen Elizabeth, but.... Back to the challenge at hand.
